REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days of purchase. We highly recommend you try on items such as Harnesses, Collars, and clothes on your pup as soon as they arrive. Before we wrap and ship your order, LapDog Nation team members check each product for any defects. If you are an International Customer, please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange any purchases. We are always happy to chat with you pre-purchase if you have any inquiries please contact us via the form on the bottom of this page!
We will issue a refund if an item is defective or damaged. In this instance, please contact LapDog Nation via [email protected] promptly upon receipt of your items. If the contents of your package have been damaged in transit, please resolve this with Australia Post or courier company, Sendle.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will ask you to post your item/s to LapDog Nation.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will notify you when this happens.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you ordered the wrong size, we will consider exchange providing you notify us immediately on receipt of the items.
