Here’s Our Woof-Tastic Designers! November 29, 2015 – Posted in: Blog

Here at LapDog Nation, it’s all about the pooch. 24/7, and we never need to ask for a raincheck because we can fit man’s best friend out with a waterproof coat!

We scour the globe for the very best innovators and designers so that you and your dog look great when you hit the streets together. We would say you’ll look good enough for the catwalk, but that might be blasphemy…

So, let us introduce you to a few of the amazing designers we’ll be bringing to you:

Hiro + Wolf

Very much a global affair, this London design and production company fuses the urban grit of The Big Smoke and the freedom and colours of East Africa. Hiro + Wolf designs and sells a large range of fairtrade dog collars and leads. You can choose from leather, fabric or beaded designs, all inspired by African art and culture.

Love My Dog

Another London fashion house, Love My Dog focuses more on clothing for pets, with a big selection of coats, hats, jumpers, bedding and toys for all dogs, big and small. You can even opt for a London or a Parisian Left Bank look if your dog is a budding intellectual.

Penn + Pooch

Crossing the Atlantic now we have PENN + POOCH, a design house based in Los Angeles. These guys specialise in a relaxed, typically West Coast look, featuring hoodies, t-shirts and caps. There’s even beach wear – everything the dog-about-the-beach would ever need to stand out from the crowd.

Harper and Hugo

And we’re back to the nation of dog lovers, England! Kent-based Harper and Hugo busts out the bling for well-dressed dogs with its range of handmade jewellery for furry necks. Although the range is constantly expanding and evolving, it’s based on ceramic beads and silver findings (fittings) and its wide selection of colours means you and your dog can co-ordinate every day!

For Dirty Dogs

There’s no point having fancy clothes and jewels if your fur isn’t looking its best, which is where For Dirty Dogs comes in with its selection of dry shampoos and conditioning washes. You know it makes sense.
